Usage and Dosage
What's the recommended dosage? How much should I take? How often should I take it? How do you administer this? etc.
We really wish that we could answer these types of questions for you but Federal Laws forbid us from giving such advice. SARMs and Research Chemicals are not FDA approved and are NOT for human consumption. We want to stay in business for a long time and in order to do this, we need to abide by the law.
How fast do you process and ship orders?
All orders take 1-2 business days to process. Cut off is every 5PM EST, orders placed after 5PM will be processed the following day. Domestic orders ship M, T, W, Th, F and International orders ship M, W, F. Please note that our dispatch team is not available during weekends.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. For international orders, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to be aware of the laws governing the importation and possession of the research products ordered. Please know your own import regulations before ordering.
How long will it take to get my order?
Domestic/CA: 1-3 business days International: 3-10 business days
How do I track my order?
An email with your tracking details will be sent to you once your order has been shipped. You can simply follow the link on the email to track your order. If you need assistance in tracking your order, you may contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I did not receive my tracking number.
All orders take about 1-2 business days to process and the tracking numbers are forwarded to the email address that was indicated on your order form. Kindly make sure to check your inbox/spam/junk folders. If it's not there, please send us an email at email@example.com to request for a copy of the tracking information.
The tracking information for my shipment is not updating.
We drop off packages to the post office twice a day. We never hold unto your packages. Sometimes, some shipments do not track the way they are supposed to. If it's still within the guaranteed timeframe, kindly give it more time for the information to update. Otherwise, you may coordinate with the courier for more information regarding your shipment.
I ordered SARMs and Peptides but I only received half of my order. Is there another shipment coming in?
We ship out SARMs and Peptides separately, please double check your inbox/spam/junk folders for the second tracking number. Otherwise, you may send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to request for a copy of the tracking numbers.
My shipment was held in customs.
Kindly coordinate with your local customs regarding your shipment. We also recommend that you check out our Shipping Policy for more information.
Some items are missing/broken/damaged/wrong product.
Please send us an email at email@example.com and include the following: •Photo of the item/s that you received which clearly shows the issue •Photo of the packaging that clearly shows the tracking number.
Can I expedite the shipment of my order?
At this time, Express Shipping is not yet available. Hopefully, we would be able to offer this in the near future.
Can I pay extra and choose the courier for my order i.e DHL/UPS, etc?

I entered the wrong shipping address.
Please send us an email at email@example.com IMMEDIATELY. Once the order is endorsed for shipping, we can no longer accommodate any change or cancellation request.
Returned to Sender due to incorrect shipping address
If your order was tagged as Returned to Sender by the courier due to incorrect address on your order form, we won’t be able to offer a Reshipment or Refund. Returned shipments don’t get back to us. It is your responsibility to double check the information on your order form.
What payment methods are accepted?
At this time, we can only accept the following: •SEPA Wire Transfers •Transferwise • BTC (coinpayments)
Cancellations & Returns
How can I cancel or change my order?
If you wish to cancel or make any changes on your order, simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org IMMEDIATELY. Once an order is endorsed for shipping, we can no longer make any changes or cancel the shipment.
How can I return a product?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for possible product degradation. Please check our Policy for more information.
Aren't some of these chemicals illegal in the United States?
Please note that they are being sold for research purposes ONLY. We do NOT condone any personal use.
Are your product laboratory tested?
Yes, each batch is laboratory tested for purity in the USA before it's prepared for distribution. Results of the tests are periodically published in the "Independent Test Results" section. We carefully select and only work with the highest quality ingredients/products.
How often do you restock your products?
The new stocks usually come in within 2 weeks unless stated otherwise.
What's the difference between the regular and XR Injectable SARMs?
The XR has an extended release encapsulation that makes it last longer.

Why are you using Vacutainers instead of bottle/vials?
We chose to switch to Vacutainers from bottles due to vacutainers having being more safe and sterile. We had some bottle that opened and leaked during air cargo (due to sudden pressure change). Vacutaners are pressure resistant and also very easy to use (pierce from the top).

What's the difference between the Nano and Injectable SARMs
Nano SARMs are a more potent version in a much lower dosage.
What's the half-life and shelf-life?
These are indicated on the product page. Same with the Injectable SARMs.
Does the Clenbuterol listed on your website has Ephedrine in it or is it actual Clenbuterol?
It's actual Clenbuterol, it has no Ephedrine.

All Peptides have to be refrigerated to preserve its potency. It decreases if not refrigerated for more than 72 hours.
Does it come with a syringe?
Does it come with BAC?
No, you would have to purchase BAC separately.
Does it come in liquid form?
No, our Peptides come in Powder form.
I received the Peptides that I ordered but I'm not sure which is which.
