We won’t be able to ship Peptides to a military address.
A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped out. Please keep in mind that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated. If you don’t receive the tracking information, it can be e-mailed to you upon request but kindly check your junk/spam email folder first.
Swiss Chems will not accept liability for any loss or damage during delivery or arising from late delivery due to the fault of the courier company used as this is the delivery company’s responsibility. We will always endeavor to follow up any missing or lost parcels with the courier on your behalf and do everything in our power to rectify the situation.
As the receiver, you can also assist with lodging a ‘missing item/s’ investigation with the courier as it will shorten the investigation’s turn around time if a request was also made by the receiver.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, REFUNDS, AND CUSTOMS
We will ship internationally, however, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to be aware of the laws governing the importation and possession of the products ordered.
Please research all peptides and research chemicals to ensure that they are legal for importation PRIOR to ordering. Once the order is shipped out from the warehouse, we cannot be held responsible for the customs hold-ups or seizure. Most countries will have no problem but we post this disclaimer in the off chance that there is an issue.
If your product is returned to us due to the shipping address not being correct, we will reship your order if you provide us with the correct address but you will be responsible to pay the new shipping fees. If your product is returned due to a customs issue from your country, we will not reship the package to you and any return fees incurred for the return will be deducted from the refund amount.
If the shipment was returned to us due to an error by the customer, we can reship your order but you will be responsible for the new shipping and the return fees. While we will do what we can to update you about your order by sending you email notifications, it is your responsibility to check the tracking information and make sure that you are available to receive your shipment.
If by chance the order was returned to us and you wish to have a refund (not applicable to Research Peptide orders) then we will do so only after we have received the goods back. The refund will be calculated as total cost – shipping – 15% restocking fee-return fees from the courier and whatever is left will be your refund amount.
We do not have a reship policy for international orders. Most countries, including the USA, Canada, UK, and Dubai have no problem with peptides/research materials as long as they are properly declared (which we do). We DO assume that all clients are aware of their own countries laws and therefore you are responsible for dealing with your country’s customs.
Please know your own import regulations before ordering. It is your responsibility and if customs don’t return the products to us, we can’t issue a refund to you.
If your order is denied entry into your country, then try to get them to send it back to us and we will refund you once we receive it minus shipping, return fees from the courier and a 15% restocking fee.
